Description
This board is an interposer and patch-panel between a Q8 dock, carrying 6 drivers, and connectors for cables to either probe cards or chip-carrying circuit boards. It supplies one ground pin per driver channel (1:1 signal-ground ratio). Input is via a 60-way ribbon cable (0.1″ pitch, not included), provided by our Q8 dock. Output is via two 40- or 50-way fine-pitch flat-flex cables (FFC, not included), or two 26-way ribbon cables (IDC, not included). The board mates with standard 25-mm and 1″ M4 or 8-32 optical table hardware, with optional adapters to screw directly into M6 or 1/4-20 tapped optical bench holes. Jumper wires are sold separately.
